There is one available stall in the garage and parking for 3 in the driveway. There is no overnight parking of any kind without approval from the guard station. Parking on street is limited to 2 hours.

The pool is heated to 80-85 degrees in season. May-September pool is not heated. HOA pool is heated in season as well for your use.

Per the city of La Quinta there is no loud outdoor music at all, ever. We are okay with comfortable levels while enjoying the outdoors. Neighbors and those on the lake should not be able to hear it.

There are two adult bicycles w/helmets & locks in the garage for your use. There are two Kayaks with life vests and Orrs, golf clubs (men & women set), Tennis rackets w/balls (2), Pickleball rackets (2), Fishing poles (catch & release). Many pool toys, floats and yard games.
