Enjoy the best views on the lake! The Lake Place sits on a beautiful corner of Lake La Quinta with 180-degree views of the Santa Rosa Mtns. The property comes complete with a private electric boat, two kayaks, floats, & fishing gear for great memories on the water.

Enjoy a boat ride around the lake with black swans, geese, ducks, other waterfowl, turtles and fish. Stop at the park for a game or a stroll, or enjoy a sunset cruise over to the park and walk over to The Chateau’ for a bite and drink at the Me’lange.

If you wish to stay on land, enjoy the full size fire pit w/ swivel chairs overlooking the lake with southwest exposure for full day of sunshine.

Relax in the saltwater pool/hot tub and enjoy the putting green, outdoor cooking area, BBQ, mini fridge, & 4 cushioned lounge chairs (4 extra for additional guests), two 9 ft umbrellas, pool floats, toys, golf clubs, outdoor & indoor games.

Two bikes are also available on site and an additional pool, tennis/bocci/pickle ball courts and large park area available through HOA.
